Fees & Payment Options
Evaluation/testing and Assessment fees start at $350. Prices are based on individual need, type of testing and range of test batteries (IQ, Neuropsychological, etc.) utilized.
Please call our office for more information about services and fees. We offer a free phone consultation with a clinician.
- • **Many insurance plans (GHI, Empire, BlueCross BlueShield and United Healthcare) are accepted. If we don’t accept your insurance, we can get prior authorization as an out of network provider at little cost to you for our assessment and evaluation services
- • Cash, checks and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) are accepted
- • We offer installment plans/patient financing
**Please be advised that evaluations and testing is not always covered by insurance when considered an elective. While our office will advocate for the patient’s coverage, it may not be sufficient. In that case, the patient will be advised before the appointment.
AA-2, RSA and C1P forms accepted from NYC Department of Education as Comprehensive Consultation is an approved independent provider of assessments and related services.
